If you’re looking for a more personal less ‘corporate’ tour and sampling then this is the one for you. Thoroughly enjoyable way to spend a couple of hours.

Much better second time visit as found the tour guide we had more in depth about the vineyard compared the first time.

We had the knowledgeable Jo guide our tour. To our surprise we had not 3 but 6 yummy wines/sparkling wine and cider to taste. Our only negative was due to the location of the vineyard our pre booked cab cancelled, and all the other company's said a 2-3 hour wait ( possibly due to a local wedding and festival, so may just of been our bad luck), however the amazing Jo went above and behond and when she saw our struggles she offered to drive us back to our hotel. A great afternoon became memorable because of her kind help. Thank you Jo

Barbara was knowledgable and imparted the information in a clear interesting way. She was aware that some visitors may have problems on the first hill and made a stop to talk.It was fascinating and educational. The wine tasting was fun. The shop is full of goodies that we loved. We will be back just to buy from the shop. personally,I am not a dry wine drinker but the flavoured ciders and juices are to die for. Can't wait until your sweet wine comes in in April.

I am afraid we were very disappointed with the open tour. I had had a look at the website and looked at both the self guided tour (£12 with 3 tastings) and compared it with the open tour (£27.50 including 3 tastings) and decided that we would like to be guided through the the vineyard and also talked through each wine that we tasted. We have done tours previous to this at other vineyards and found out alot about the process of wine making and the different grape types and wines etc. We felt that the brochure we were given at the end of the tour and the brief tasting notes (which were also given to the self guided groups) were not enough to differentiate between paying £27.50 rather than £12. I also note that we could have upgraded on the self guided tour by £5 and tasted 3 more wines and would have got a voucher for money off in the shop. The tour was a Christmas present for my husband and I felt very let down by Biddenden. We certainly didn't have a tutored tasting and the information given on the tour was very sketchy.

We had an excellent private tour with Barbara. Very informative but laid-back and friendly. All the wines we tasted were excellent and the sharing platter was delicious. Would absolutely recommend a visit!

My parents said they had a great time and loved sampling all the wines.

Helen was a fab tour guide, she was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We asked lots of questions. It was a lovely tour and the tasting afterwards was really good.

We hadn't known what to expect as we had never been to a vineyard before let alone drunk English wine. The whole experience was excellent and Helen, our guide, was very knowledgeable and nice. The tasting really opened our eyes to the diversity of wine produced and of course being able to purchase afterwards was a bonus.

A lovely afternoon with Alan as our guide around the vineyard. He was knowledgeable, friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The wine tasting was fantastic!

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it. The wines were delicious too.

This is not a large vineyard, but it has an interesting history and all the wine is made from grapes grown on site. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the tour was interesting. I particularly liked the Ortega white wines.

We were thoroughly impressed with our guide and the estate. It was fascinating to see the wine-making process from the inside, and to understand the meticulous work that goes into each bottle. Our tasting flight was a revelation, and we left with a mixed case of Biddenden wines to enjoy in the sunshine.

Fantastic experience, thanks to all the staff for making it a great day out, they were all super professional & friendly - great day!

Barbara our Tour Guide was absolutely fantastic and gave an imforative tour. Her product knowledge was resourceful and spoke with passion. I highly recommend this tour to anyone.

A absolutely brilliant time it was bought as a birthday present for a friend and she and her partner were over the moon and so were we. So friendly and informative. The wines and apple juices are fantastic. We live nearby so will be in the shop quite often.

A really enjoyable and informative visit in a peaceful and beautiful setting. We will return.
